Padre Cesar was founded in 1878 and is located in Nice, in Provence. The Padre Cesar olive oil is a high-quality extra virgin olive oil at a reasonable price.

It is a blend of the best crus that guarantees a constant quality not depending on the harvests as Cesar used to say: "Un assemblage des meilleurs crus nous garantit une qualité constante d'une récolte sur l'autre".

Padre Cesar olive oil is traditionally and mechanically produced.
