Goat Cheese Toasts (Chèvre Chaud)

This is a delicious dish that will only take a few minutes to prepare.

- Spread goat cheese on bread. The fresher the cheese is, the best it is.
- Place the bread in the oven (grill position).
  Remove the toasts from the oven when they become slightly brown.
- Pour some olive oil on the toast and serve them.

This dish is often accompanied by a green salad. It can be served as an appetizer or as an entrée. Herbs, such as parsley, can be sparkled on the toasts.
